New Paper Published in Solid-State Electronics

Preliminary work of the team related to the project is published in Elsevier‘s journal Solid-State Electronics. It is demonstrated that the growth of dense ordered multiple wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) can be successfully combined with other semiconductor clean room processes in order to fabricate photodetectors with a satisfactory performance in the visual part of the spectrum and an impressive Extrinsic Quantum Efficiency (EQE) of 90% at 275 nm (UVC) and 7V bias.
